This is so inspiring! Thank you so so much for sharing!!! 🙂
I’m still trying to find a way to get all the random thoughts out of my head, so I can focus better. This sounds like a great idea to do it. The most difficult part I think will be to get into the routine, but after reading your experiences I need to give it a go. So thank you very much!

So glad it helped to get you motivated to try them. Please let me know how you get on, if you see any changes. Sometimes we only see the change if we stop – I know yesterday I struggled to do them in the morning and at lunch time I couldn’t work out why I felt anxious. As soon as I remembered and made the time to do them, everything seemed less chaotic.

  2. These pages are definitely a task to squeeze in! I know what you mean about seeing them everywhere, it happened to me too. Interesting noticing about the language you were using. I have noticed that when I write about something I work through a problem or act in ideas in a better way. My holidays weren’t that productive, but I have little ones. I’m hoping it will start to change. Hope you are still carrying on with these and getting lots done too! Xx

I am still loving them – definitely helping with the thought processes. I think the fact I kept seeing them was due to “frequency illusion” – they were always there but now I have heard of them and been thinking of them, my brain tunes in more when they appear. It’s like when you find out you’re pregnant, suddenly you see pregnant women everywhere. They were always there but now we notice them.
I would love to hear how you are getting on with the exercises – I am struggling a bit with them but like the idea of an Artist’s Date. Will definitely be finding time for that.

I love that you say morning pages seemed to pop up everywhere – I can just hear Julia Cameron saying, “synchronicity!” I’ve been doing morning pages for 2 weeks now and I can really tell a huge difference.
